  • All products sold on lgaomall.com come with a one-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

  • The warranty covers:

    • Missing or damaged components not caused by shipping

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

    • Wear and tear from regular use

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


2. How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  2. Attach photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

3. Warranty Resolution

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Processing Times:

  • PayPal: refund within 3 business days

  • Credit/Debit card: refund processed by your issuing bank within 7 business days after receiving the returned product

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons. LGAO Mall covers shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products.
