1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, choose your favorite items, select the correct size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout and follow the payment steps.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it at help55@clientcareoffice.com.
Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations can’t be made.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it online.
You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at help55@clientcareoffice.com, and we’ll resend your order confirmation.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major secure payment methods.

We never store or share your credit card information.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on your location.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typical delivery times:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S., Canada, Europe): 7–15 business days

  • Shipping time (Other regions): 10–25 business days

Please note that delays can occur during holidays or high-demand seasons.

9. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and either resend or refund your order.

10. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible.
Once shipped, we can’t change the address — please double-check it before confirming your order.

11. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart before purchasing.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

12. Are your sizes true to standard measurements?

13. Will the colors look exactly like in the photos?

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

15. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact help55@clientcareoffice.com with your order number and reason for return.

16. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

17. Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes, if available. Please contact us before returning so we can reserve the correct size/color for you.

18. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

19. What if my item is damaged or wrong?

Please email help55@clientcareoffice.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

20. How should I wash my clothes?

Check the care label on each product.
In general, we recommend:

  • Machine wash cold (gentle cycle)

  • Do not bleach

  • Hang or lay flat to dry

  • Iron on low if needed

21. Do you offer garment warranties?
